Shipping Policy

We ship Ceramics! both domestically and to a number of select destinations. Shipping times depend on your location.

Personalized (custom) orders take 4-5 weeks to create and deliver depending on the quantity and size of the pieces.

LOCAL PICKUP
Pickups are available Monday - Sunday. A message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

KAMPALA
-5000ugx flat rate applies to orders within Kampala.
-All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the morning and afternoon.
-We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.
-Plants are available to order to those customers purchasing planters.

OUTSIDE DELIVERY ZONE
Orders placed by customers outside of Kampala will be shipped within the week.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
